Maryland is located just north of Virginia along the eastern seaboard of the United States. It is a destination that can be enjoyed almost year-round. Both the summers and winters are relatively mild, and the seasons are very distinguished, from fall’s colored leaves to the bursting spring flowers. Not far from the airport is Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. A Maryland hot spot where visitors can peer into the past, enjoy the present, and glimpse into the future. And best of all, almost all of the sights there are within walking distance of one another. The Walters Art Museum offers a wide selection of art and hosts live music and other events. The Baltimore Museum also contains exciting artifacts and exhibits. At the Maryland Science Center visitors can marvel at ancient fossils to the latest in advancements in space travel. And kids will love the Port Discovery Children’s Museum. Not far off you’ll find the National Aquarium in Baltimore, home to a wide variety of marine life and a dolphin show that’s sure to make a splash. After a day discovering and learning about our world, take a stroll to one of the many restaurants and bars that dot the Inner Harbor, and be sure to check out the restored ships and cannons on the harbor’s edge. Maryland also has some great state parks and gorgeous sandy beaches, including Ocean City. And if that’s not enough, a short drive will take you right to the nation’s capital in Washington, DC.

Capital Grille-A Classy Place

Capital GrilleCapital Grille is nothing but the best. The restaurant exudes class from every aspect. The rich club-like atmosphere has been described by The Miami Herald as a, “culinary theme park full of dark wood, stuffed game heads, cigars, high-end drinks, wines and dry aged steaks.”

To start, the food is exquisite. Dry aged steaks that have earned high praise from the nation’s toughest food critics and an award-winning wine list is only the beginning. Mouth-watering appetizers, fresh seafood, chop, and irresistible desserts also make this a fine culinary experience.

Then the food is matched with out-of-this-world service and a comfortable, relaxed ambiance that’s a world away from the routine. Hand-crafted mahogany, plush leather and distinctive art surround you, this is truly high class. No wonder The Capital Grille isn’t just the place to be seen. It’s the place to be seen having a fabulous time.

Maryland is a state with a long history and many, many exciting sights to see and explore year-round. Both the summers and winters are relatively mild in comparison to most of the other states, and the seasons are very distinguished, from the colored leaves of fall to the bursting spring flowers. Baltimore, particularly it’s newly redesigned and renovated Inner Harbor is one of the hot spots of Maryland where visitors can peer into the past, enjoy the present, and catch a glimpse of the future. The Walters Art Museum not only offers a wide selection of art, but also hosts live music and other cultural events. The Baltimore Museum also contains a wide variety of artifacts and exhibits of its own. At the Maryland Science Center visitors can marvel at ancient fossils from Dinosaur Quest to the latest in technological innovations at Our Place in Space. And children are sure to get their kicks at the Port Discovery Children’s Museum. Not far away you’ll find the National Aquarium in Baltimore, which is home to both marine life and water-loving mammals. And don’t forget the dolphin show, which is sure to make a splash. After a great day discovering and learning about our world, take a stroll to one of the many restaurants and bars that dot the Inner Harbor, and be sure to stop and take some pictures of the restored ships and cannons on the harbor’s edge. If you don’t know what you want for dinner, there’s plenty to choose from. There’s even a Hard Rock Café. Aside from Baltimore’s Inner harbor, Maryland also has some great state parks and gorgeous sandy beaches, including Ocean City, one of its most famous. And if that’s not enough, Washington, DC, the nation’s capital, is just a short drive away. Mondawmin Mall 2401 Liberty Heights Ave Baltimore, Maryland 21215-8019 (410) 523-1534
